Services Offered

Future FC Pama offers a range of services, including training, coaching, competitive matches, tournaments, and events designed to promote excellence in soccer. Our academy's programs are carefully structured to cater to players of varying skill levels and age groups, ensuring that each participant receives appropriate and personalized training.

Membership and Registration

3.1. Eligibility and Age Verification

To become a member of Future FC Pama, participants must meet specific eligibility criteria based on age, skill level, and commitment. During the registration process, participants are required to provide age verification documents, such as a copy of their birth certificate or government-issued identification, to ensure accurate age group placement and compliance with league requirements.

3.2. Tryouts and Player Selection

Future FC Pama selects players for club teams and leagues through tryout sessions. These tryouts are conducted by our experienced coaching staff, who assess players' technical abilities, tactical understanding, physical attributes, and potential to be part of the academy's competitive teams.

3.3. Monthly Fees

Future FC Pama requires participants to pay a monthly participation fee to access our soccer programs. These fees vary based on the specific program selected, and participants will receive detailed fee structures upon registration.

3.4. Financial Assistance

As part of our commitment to inclusivity, Future FC Pama offers financial assistance programs to qualified participants who may face financial constraints. Training and Matches

Participants and parents acknowledge that Future FC Pama is not liable for any incidents or accidents that occur during travel to and from events. We advise participants to exercise caution and adhere to all travel guidelines to ensure their safety during such trips.

Future FC Pama maintains open lines of communication with parents and legal guardians to provide regular updates on club activities, schedule changes, and relevant announcements. 8.2. Conflict Resolution

Media Release

9.1. Media Use

Future FC Pama may use photos and videos of participants on our website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and other media channels for marketing and outreach purposes. These visual assets showcase the academy's activities, achievements, and sense of community.

9.2. Opt-Out Option

Participants or parents may choose to opt-out of media release, requesting that their images or videos not be used for promotional purposes. Such requests should be communicated to Future FC Pama's designated staff responsible for media management.

Termination

Future FC Pama reserves the right to terminate a participant's membership at its discretion or for violation of the Code of Conduct, program policies, or guidelines set forth in this Terms of Service Agreement. We prioritize a positive and respectful environment within the academy and expect all participants to adhere to our principles and values.

Limitations of Liability

While Future FC Pama takes every precaution to ensure a safe and supportive environment, participants and parents acknowledge that the academy, its coaches, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in any academy-related activities.

Amendments

Future FC Pama may modify the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Participants and parents are responsible for regularly reviewing the updated terms on our website.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between Future FC Pama and its members will be resolved through direct communication, mediation, or other agreed-upon methods.
